Sunday Morning's Tea

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Sunday Mornings Tea is more than just a brand, it’s a piece of my story. 

I grew up in a loving two-parent household, surrounded by family and my church community, where I always felt supported and encouraged to reach for the stars. I was taught that with determination, I could achieve anything I set my mind to.

My journey into tea started when I needed to cut back on caffeine for health reasons, but my deep love for the warmth and richness of coffee led me to explore new flavors in the world of tea. What I once thought was bland turned into a beautiful adventure, with each blend revealing its own layers of taste and tradition. My morning ritual soon became something I truly looked forward to, a moment to pause, reflect, and savor life’s simple joys.

The name "Sunday Mornings" is a special tribute to my godfather, a pastor who always enjoyed his honey lemon tea every Sunday morning. He would drink it not just for the boost of energy it gave him before delivering his sermon, but for its healing properties as well. The warm, soothing blend would help prepare his throat, giving him the strength and clarity to speak with passion and purpose. 

This connection between tea and well-being is something I’ve come to deeply appreciate. Medicinal teas, with their rich flavors and natural benefits, have the power to nourish both the body and the soul. What’s amazing is that they not only taste incredible, but they also offer the comfort and healing we often overlook in our busy lives. Just like my godfather’s cherished tea, each cup of Sunday Mornings Tea is meant to be a reminder of the small, powerful rituals that restore us—both inside and out.
